Alice Louwagie, 76, of RR2, Dublin passed away surrounded by family and friends at Stratford General Hospital on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.

Beloved wife of Joe Louwagie. Dear mother of Michael Louwagie (Lynn), Mary Rose Louwagie Kroonen, Paul Louwagie (Lisa), Frank Louwagie (Heather), Linda Neyens (David) and Joseph Louwagie (Lindsay). Loving grandmother of 17 grandchildren. Dear sister of Joseph Mermuys (Lila), Eva Demeulenaere (George), Eliane Misener, Christian Mermuys (Mary), Laurent Mermuys (Erna), Bernard Mermuys (Sherry), Mariette Boehner (Wayne), Jean Mermuys and Cecile Nabuurs (Harry). Dear sister-in-law of Willy Delodder. Lovingly remembered by the Louwagie family in Canada and Belgium and her many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents Maurice and Maria Mermuys, sister Jenny Delodder, brother Roger in infancy and granddaughter Karen Kroonen in infancy.

Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Dublin on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Memorial donations to Right to Life or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
